Surbhi gives Harman and Saumya tasks
Saumya reads Surbhi’s letter and is shocked! She is stumped at what Surbhi has written in the letter. Harman takes the letter from Saumya’s hands and on reading it, wonders if Surbhi has gone mad. Harman recalls what Surbhi said about leaving and going away for Saumya’s happiness. Just then Surbhi calls Saumya and when Saumya asks her to come back, Surbhi refuses to return. Harman tells Surbhi to come back, and Surbhi in turn reminds Harman of what she was talking about earlier. She tells him that it is time he end this triangle that is binding Surbhi, Saumya and Harman together. Surbhi then tells Saumya and Harman what the next step of her plan is. Saumya fights with Surbhi and tells her to come back, but Surbhi threatens her and tells her to do exactly as she says without telling anybody, saying that she will do something to herself. Harman and Saumya are extremely worried and tense on hearing what Surbhi wants them to do.
Surbhi talks to her mother and misses her and tells her that as her mother that as she is not there to tell her what is right and wrong she is merely doing what she thinks is right.
Preeto asks Harman why Harman and Saumya are walking out of the house hand in hand, when the daughter-in-law of the house is missing. Harman tells her, that he is going out to get Surbhi back. He then holds Saumya by the hand and walks out of the house. Maninder comes to the Singh household and gives all of them a piece of his mind. He tells them that his life has become nothing but a drama post Saumya’s marriage to Harman. Maninder asks Preeto where Surbhi is. Preeto does not take Maninder’s words lightly and she too yells at him. Preeto tries to call Harman and Saumya but their phones are not reachable.
Just then Harman and Surbhi walk into the household with a baby in their hands. Everybody stands up in shock and cannot believe their eyes. Preeto asks Harman whose child it is. Harman tells her that the baby in his hands is Harman’s son. Harman tells Preeto that she had said that Saumya can never be a mother and this adopted child has now made Saumya a mother too. Preeto yells at Harman and says that she will not accept any child picked up from the street as the heir to their home. She says that no matter what Harman does; Saumya will never be the daughter-in-law of their house as she is a kinnar. Harak Singh too tells Harman that this child will not be their heir. Harak Singh holds Saumya’s hand and is about to throw her out of the house, when Harman holds his hand. Everybody in the house is stunned. Harman tells Harak Singh not to interfere in his love story with Saumya or else their home will be nothing short of a warfront. He tells his family that Saumya is made for him and hence they should stop trying to keep them apart. Harman holds Saumya’s hand and drags her up the stairs to their room. Preeto and Harak Singh are inconsolable.
Preeto wonders out loud as to what happened in Saumya and Surbhi’s maternal home that they both wanted to leave their house and run away. She asks Maninder what he is hiding from them.
Saumya tells Harman to stop whatever he is doing. She tells him that because of this façade, the two families are fighting with one another. Harman hands their child over to her and tells her that these are the same two families that will never let them be together. He then tells her to take care of their child and the child is now her only responsibility.
