Beyhadh March 22 Written Update: Will the truth behind Maya and Arjun’s marriage be revealed?
Maya and Arjun's relationship continues to worsen. On the other hand Saanj announces to her family members that she has found someone special.
Once Arjun and Maya get home, Arjun slams the bedroom door on Maya’s face. Janhavi appears in front of Maya on the wheelchair and Maya looks back at Janhavi and tells her that nothing is wrong between her and Arjun. Maya enters the room and behind closed doors, vases fall, lamps are broken and Arjun tells Maya, that the face he at one time used to adore, he feels like killing that face today.
In the Sharma household, everybody is excited to have Saanj back. Everyone is joking around and the atmosphere is joyous. Saanj passes a comment about Ayan’s wife targeting Vandana and Ayan cuts her off by saying that he is not Arjun. Saanj brings home a lot of gifts and hands over to Vandana Aunty a massive present. They share an emotional moment. Vandana spots an extra present lying on the table and realises it is for Arjun. She tells Saanj to move on as Arjun has moved on and how.
In Maya’s house, Maya tries to cover up her fights and arguments with Arjun in front of Janhavi. She tells Janhavi that Arjun loves her a lot, but he is just short tempered. She cries to Janhavi and tells her that when Arjun gets angry he talks of leaving her, but when he loves her, he tells her that he will leave the world with her. Maya tells Janhavi that her relationship with Arjun is her world, and if Arjun leaves her, she will die. She says Arjun is completely silly as he thinks of ending their relationship when he is angry. Maya tells Janhavi that every relationship faces problems, but that does not mean one breaks a relationship. Janhavi, on hearing Maya talk starts buzzing her wheelchair bell, and Maya in a fit of rage, pulls the bell out and with a hammer crushes it.
Maya then states, that in hard times, walking out of a relationship is the easy way out, and Maya is far from accustomed to taking the easy way out. Saanj announces her big news to everybody and tells her family and friends that she has moved on in life. She now has a boyfriend who gives her the butterflies in her stomach. Everyone rejoices and then asks her about the new man in her life. Saanj informs everybody that her boyfriend will visit them soon enough and then they can verify her choice for themselves.
Arjun sits parked on the side of a lonely road, with a bottle in his hand, reflecting back on his life and all the wrong decisions he’s made. Arjun talks about how Maya is far from a perfect wife. He says that to the world she may be the perfect wife, but to him, she is far from it. He says that their relationship has broken into so many pieces that even if one tries to put the pieces back together, the pieces of their broken relationship will still remain.
Maya then talks to Arjun’s photograph back at home and says that she will not stop loving him till the end of time.
Arjun curses god. He tells god that he did not trust himself, nor his family, and the one person he actually did trust, managed to turn him into one big loser. Maya continuously calls Arjun; Arjun cuts her calls a couple of times and screams at the phone, asking Maya to leave him alone at least somewhere. Arjun continues screaming as his phone keeps on ringing and finally in a fit of rage he throws his phone away. Just as Arjun walks to his car and is about to fall, Maya appears out of nowhere and catches him. When Arjun sees Maya, he tells her that he does not want to live with her. Maya tells Arjun that every time he falls, she will catch him.
