Mrs Khurana realizes that Naina is bearing Mr Khurana's child. Is Naina's life in danger?
Riaan Khurana continues his efforts to find out who the surrogate mother was that Ahana had taken to the doctor in Austria. The doctor refuses to disclose any information. This angers Riaan Khurana and he threatens to disclose the doctor’s illegal doings to the cops.
Mrs. Khurana comes to Dillo Di’s house and the two end up having an argument. She looks for Zeenu. She talks to Zeenu rudely and tells her to take back her case against Armaan. She tells Zeenu to stop faking an accident in order to get money from Armaan. Just then Naina steps into the house. She asks Mrs. Khurana what her monetary offer is to buy them out. The offers keep pouring out and Mrs. Khurana states a final amount of 10lakh rupees. Naina tears the cheque handed to her and throws it into thin air. She then explains to Mrs. Khurana that the time and emotions that Zeenu spent in pain and angst will never be made up for, with any amount of money. Naina shows Mrs. Khurana the door and asks her to get out of their home.
Back at the Mehra household, Raghav pours his heart out to Dadi and tells her that he knows he should feel hate for Naina and her child, but instead he feels a sense of belonging towards the two. Just as Raghav takes Naina’s name, Dadi who is in a coma, reacts to Raghav. Raghav tells Dadi that if Naina is the one person that can help improve her health, then he will not hate her that much.
The doctor from the hospital in Austria, now scared that he might be put behind bars, calls Riaan Khurana and gives him a lead on the surrogate mothers identity. Riaan promises Ahana that he will put heaven and earth together if he has to, in order to find their child. Riaan who now has the number that the surrogate mother had used to call the doctor in Austria calls the number. He finds out that the surrogate mother bearing his child works for Raghav Mehra.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Khurana is sent a picture of the surrogate by her detectives and she realises that Naina is the mother. Naina has a dream wherein her child, a little grown up, warns her and tells her that if she wants to see him alive and healthy, she needs to save his life. When Raghav reaches his office all his employees are standing in one line, where they are getting a health check-up done. When Raghav asks who has given the employees the authority to run a health check-up, Raghav finds out it is none other than Riaan who has done so. Naina is late for work. She asks Zeenu why she didn’t wake her up. Dillo Di tells her that she is the one who told Zeenu not to wake her up as so much stress is not good for the child.
As Naina leaves the house, a woman standing outside the house informs somebody on the phone that Naina is headed towards the Ganesh Mandir.
