The episode begins with Soumya serving 'pulao' to everyone at the dinner table. Preeto lies that Surbhi has cooked them. But Harman understands that it is cooked by Soumya.

Kareena promises to seek revenge from Soumya, infuriating Saya. Surbhi asks Harman if they could pretend to be a happy married couple for Soumya. But Surbhi is disappointed when Harman rejects the idea.

Chintu is unhappy at the Singh house as he gets scolded for leading to a minor fire in the house. Soumya consoles him and promises that she would take him to his father.
