Bigg Boss10 Day22: Nitibha wins the Immunity Medallion task; Gaurav bleaches his eye-brows to save Bani from nomination & Karan shreds his wife’s picture!
Their friendships stood the test of time as, in today’s episode, Bigg Boss asks the contestants to convince the other inmates to save them from nominations.
While Swamiji was happily watching every action from the secret room, the contestants kick-start the day by the Immunity Medallion task in which the contestants have to bid an amount on the bidding block and the contestant with the highest bid will win the task. WhileNitibha Kaul wins the task, however, the contestants are surprised as the amount bided by Nitibha is lessened from the prize money of the game. Well, as the cliché goes, no pain, no gain!
As part of the nominations, Bigg Boss introduces an interesting task wherein a specially installed chair with anin-build phone is placed in the garden area. While Bani J is the first one to pick up the ringing phone, she is asked to sit on the chair and Bigg Boss asks her to convince Gaurav Chopra to bleach his eyebrows and on doing so, Bani will be saved from this week’s nomination. That’s quite a task, we say! Although Gaurav and Bani J, like always, have an argument of sorts, and Bani had to remind him of their friendship, but Gaurav eventually agreed to do the task. This, in turn, saved Bani from the nominations and on being asked by BB, Bani nominated Rohan Mehra, therefore, Rohan had to sit on the chair.
Next, Rohan had to convince Karan Mehra to shred his wife’s picture that the latter had sent to him as a Diwali gift. After a bit of dilly-dallying, Karan gave in and shredded the picture. Hats off, Mr. Emotional Mehra! As a result, Rohan got saved from the nominations and thereby, he nominated Mona Lisa to come and sit on the chair, next. As Mona was asked to convince Manoj Punjabi to rip off the doll he received on Diwali from his family, Manoj, without wasting a minute, did the same. As soon as Manu performed the task, Mona runs to hug him and plants a kiss on his cheek and like you all must have noticed, Manu was awkward with this display of emotion and asks Mona to step down from his lap.
Moving on, Mona nominatesNitibha but Nitibha uses her Immunity Medallion and saves herself from this week’s nominations and she further nominates Gaurav Chopra to sit on the chair. Gaurav is asked to convince Bani to dip her jacket that she’d received on Diwali from her family into a bucket full of paint. Knowing the love-hate relationship between the two, Bani concedes and before performing the task, announces that her best friend, Gauhar Khan, had sent this gift on Diwali.
And at last, Gaurav nominates Manoj Punjabi to sit on the chair but Bigg Boss ends Day I of the task and while Manu will have to wait until tomorrow to see what’s in store for him, we wonder if his friendship will stand the test of time?
