BB10 Day 2: Catfight, First task & the season's first nomination heats up the Bigg Boss house!

And the wait is finally over as the first episode of Bigg Boss 10 didn’t fail to live upto our expectations and offered all that we wished for. From cat fights to ration discussions to nominations, it had everything and more.
As the contestants woke up to the song, Sare niyam tod do, niyam se chalna chod do, it was quite evident that Day 2 of the show will be all about rules and regulations. It seemed that Bigg Boss did not believe in wasting time and at the onset, Bigg Boss introduced an interesting task of malik versus sevak wherein the common man will be the malik of the house and the celebs will act as sevaks. As Naveen Prakash read out the rule book citing the rules for the task, the celebs seemed visibly irked as they had to obey the maliks, whatsoever. From preparing the food to eating food on banana leaf to sleeping only after the maliks had slept, the sevaks had to do it all. Interestingly, the commoner took their tasks quite seriously and made sure that the celebs had a tough time.
The commoners were seen planning and plotting about ways to irritate the celebs and while Priyanka Jagga expresses her dismay with the food as being bland, Lokesh Kumari is asking Bani J to clean the swimming pool, not once but twice.
But the highlight of the day was the silly cat fight between Priyanka Jagga and Bani J as the former asked Bani about her age and whether she has a child, and Bani J rather chose to dodge the question. However, Priyanka, seemingly, desperate for attention, blew the issue out of proportion and invited everyone’s attention to how Bani didn’t answer her simple question.
Moving on, the episode also witnessed the ever-so-popular nominations and as per the announcement by Bigg Boss, the commoners were asked to nominate celebs and the celebs were asked to collectively nominate any two commoners. While we thought that it’d be difficult to nominate people on the first day of the show, but to our surprise, it was a no brainer for the contestants as they were ready with the names. While the celebs nominated Priyanka Jagga and Manoj Punjabi, the commoners nominated Gaurav Chopra and Mona Lisa.
After the lights went out, the celebs were awake cause as per the rules, they could not sleep before the maliks slept and a commotion took place between the sevaks and maliks. But like it’s said, every dog has his day, so watch out commoners, the tables are about to turn!
