The episode begins with Dev and Sona scolding Vicky for misbehaving with Elina. Radha provokes Vicky to teach Elina a lesson.
The occasion goes on. Bua dadi asks Ishwari to hold onto Dev before he gets carried away by Sona and her family. Ishwari says that Sona is nice but worries over Bua dadi's advice. Sona's family gets emotional on thinking that Sona will leave the house in a few days. Dev thinks about Sona's health reports and decides that he will support her no matter what. He goes to the restroom when Ishwari comes and sees Sona's reports.
