The episode begins with Shagun acting all nice and sweet to Alia. She says that she supports her love for Mihir. Romi asks his mother to call him as soon as a courier for him comes. Vandita worries thinking whether the papers are fo Mihika and Romi's divorce.
Mihika overhears their conversation and worries. Raman, Ishita, and others go to meet Mihir. The nurse asks Mihir about his girlfriend. Everyone gets confused. She says Alia. She tells everyone how Alia panicked and cared for Mihir. Ruhi talks to Ishita about it. Ishita asks her not to worry. Adi gets irritated at work and fires an employee.
Alia hugs Mihir and asks him to rest. Ishita tells Raman about Alia's feelings for Mihir. He gets shocked. She tells him that Adi knows about Alia and Mihir. He gets angry on Alia. Ishita defends her and says that it is just an infatuation. Raman gets angry on her. They go inside to talk to Alia and see Shagun supporting her. Ishita says that she wants to talk to her.
