Kartik holds Gayu's hand while taking the injection. Gayu blushes. Akshara overhears Gayu's grandmother talk to someone out of excitement. She informs that Gayu's childhood friend Vivaan is all set to come home to meet Gayu. Vivaan comes and surprises Gayu. She is all ecstatic. They talk for a long time.
