The episode begins with Dev asking Ishwari to take rest. They bring her home from the hospital. She informs Dev that she knows about his and Sona's break up.
Dev says that the two were not compatible. Neha gets surprised. Ishwari backs his decision. Neha says that she wants to be with her Ishwari alone. She asks Ishwari about her health. She also asks Ishwari whether she is happy with Dev's decision.

She tells her brother that Dev's decision is right. Her brother agrees just to make her feel good. Dev calls Sona to talk to her.
