Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naira realises her folly; feels guilty of having accused Akshara for no mistake of hers!
The episode begins with Kartik looking tensed. He tries to figure out a way to delay Naira's performance so that Akshara can reach out on time. He decides not to break the promise made to Akshara. He trips over the electricity wire leading to a power cut. He thanks god for helping him. Chandu escapes from the police and hides in the auditorium where Naira's competition is to be held. He bumps into Naira and asks her to save him from the police. Naira helps him.
Akshara attends Gayu's event and boosts her morale. The police come and question Naira about Chandu. She says she doesn't know anything. They question her further. They tell her that if Chandu is innocent they will leave him and not hurt him at all. Naira remembers the incident where Naitik had once told her the same. She brings Chandu and hands him to the police. Chandu blames her for being selfish and cheating on him. She tries to make him understand that what she is doing is for his own benefit. But Chandu simply accuses her of being a selfish friend. Naira recollects having blamed Akshara for the same, years ago. She realises her mistake. Naira goes on the stage to perform. She is tensed on not being able to see Akshara in the audience. She suddenly sees Akshara. The music plays but Naira is unable to perform because of the guilt in her mind of having blamed her mother wrongly. Naira's CD stops. The organisers apologise for the inconvenience caused since their CD player gets corrupted. Akshara asks Naira not to worry.
She asks Naira to perform while she herself sings with the help of the live classical musicians. Naira performs her best. Everybody is happy. To be continued.
