The episode begins with Ishwari taking complete care of Dev who is down with fever. Dev in his sleep keeps murmuring Sona's name. Ishwari feels bad. Radha comes and asks Ishwari to rest and that she will take care of Dev for while.
Ishwari refuses. Sona stays awake entire night to talk to Dev since she is worried for him. Elina wakes up in the morning and is surprised to see Sona awake. Ishwari's brother asks her to rest and that he will take care of Dev. Sona goes hours early to Dev's place than her usual office time. She asks Bhola about Dev's health and takes tea for him. Ishwari's brother is surprised seeing Sona. Dev wakes up and smiles looking at her. Ishwari, on knowing that Dev has woken up, runs to his room. She is surprised to see Sona come hours before her usual office time. She asks her to go. After a while, Dev comes out and Sona stops him. She says that they have to hide their relationship all because Dev hasn't informed his family about them.
Dev says he will talk to Ishwari. He goes to her room and says that he wants to talk to her. To be continued.
