The episode begins with Nikki informing Ishwari that the foreign delegates left long ago. Ishwari starts doubting Dev since he still hasn't reached home. Dev comes. Ishwari asks him as to why was he late. Dev informs that the foreign delegates couldn't go due to heavy traffic and decided to stay back. He also informs that he has invited them over dinner at his house. Ishwari says she will prepare all the food.
Next morning, Sona plays a prank on Dev. They spend some romantic time together. Dev writes Dev-Akshi on Sona's back. Sona goes to Ishwari's room to give her juice. She notices that Ishwari is not well. Sona asks Ishwari to rest but in vain. Radha comes and adds on more to the tension. Sona asks Ishwari not to make food. Ishwari scolds her. Ishwari goes to the kitchen and begins her dinner preparations. After some time, Dev comes in. He asks Ishwari to stop cooking and to take rest. He insists on ordering food for guests from a hotel. Ishwari gets annoyed on realising that Sona informed him about her health.
In the evening, the guests arrive.They meet and greet Dev's family. They ask about Dev's wife or girlfriend. Dev says he is still a bachelor. Ishwari asks him to tell them that in the country that they live in, marriages and decisions pertaining to marriages are taken by family. They all have dinner. Ishwari is sad on thinking about Dev and Sona's growing fondness for one another. Ishwari's brother, later sees Dev and Sonakshi laughing and giggling. He feels that Ishwari's doubt was just right.
