The episode begins with Ishwari inaugurating the children's ward in the hospital. Sona, Radha and Ishwari's brother are waiting for Ishwari and Dev. The two come and Dev messages Sona asking her to come to his room.
On going there, Dev tells that he has to leave for meeting. Sona jokes that he has to drop her home at night. Ishwari overhears their conversation. She goes to her room and cries. Her brother comes and consoles her. She tells him how Dev sat for the Pooja only on Sona's insistence. He gets surprised. Ranveer's family asks Neha if she liked the new house. Neha nods in agreement. Everyone become happy. Nikki asks Sona to help her in her studies. Ishwari asks her to study on her own and asks Sona to leave.
In the evening, Dev sees Sona going home and asks her to wait. Ishwari calls him by her side. Sona leaves for home. Ishwari slips and Dev holds her. He asks whether she is fine. She says that yes. Ishwari feels that Dev loves and cares for her like always and that it's Sona's fault for creating distance between them. Dev says that he has to go to office for a meeting with foreign delegates. Ishwari stays awake waiting for Dev to come home. Riya comes in and asks her why is awake so late. Ishwari says that she was waiting for Dev since he is in a meeting with the foreign delegates.
