The episode begins with Ishwari making Dev's favourite sweet dish for her darling son, despite being unwell. She lends a deaf ear to Radha and Bhola's advice of taking rest.
She is sure that Dev will love it. Decmv comes home. Ishwari asks Bhola to take the sweet dish and keep it on the table. Dev will automatically get attracted to the smell since he loves the delicacy prepared by his mother. She hides in the kitchen and watches Dev's reactions. Dev exactly does what Ishwari had interpreted. He eats the sweet dish and relishes it. Suddenly he stops and asks Bhola to take it away. Ishwari gets surprised to see Dev not eating his favourite dish. Dev unware of Ishwari watching this all tells Bhola that Sonakshi has asked to avoid such heavy food with thousands of calories since it's not good for health. Ishwari is taken aback hearing this. Dev goes to meet Sona. The two spend extremely romantic and adorable time with one another. Dev and Sona write their names. Dev writes his name on her neck while she writes her name on his hand. Dev comes home and sees Ishwari awake for him. He asks her why is she still awake. She says that nowadays Dev doesn't share anything with her. He understands the reason behind Ishwari being upset. He goes to the kitchen and brings the sweet dish. He eats it all in front of Ishwari and thanks her for making the best dish ever. Ishwari's anger melts seeing her son relishing the food made by her.
Next day, Ranveer and Neha come to Dixit house for post wedding ceremonies. Everybody are happy seeing them. Dev and Sona's romance through their eyes simply begins.
