The episode begins with Radha brainwashing Ishwari. She tells her that she is not happy with Neha is wedding with Ranveer. Ishwari asks her to relax. Radha asks Ishwari to keep an eye on Dev. Ishwari gets confused. Radha then clarifies that she found Sona's earrings in Dev's room. Ishwari starts to laugh she asks Radha to give herself a break and go off to sleep. At night, Dev goes to Ishwari's room to wish her happy birthday. Ishwari blesses him.
Sona and Dev talk to each other through Skype Sonam gets tensed on thinking whether Ishwari will like the gift or not next morning Riya, Neha and others wish Ishwari on her birthday. Everybody gifts Ishwari some gifts Neha asks Ishwari why is going out shopping with Dev on her birthday very special to her. Ishwari says it is special because Dev takes out time exclusively for her and spends good time with his mum which usually is unable to do due to his day to day work. Dev goes to Ishwari and tells her that he has a surprise. Ishwari things that they will ask her to come out with him for her birthday shopping but to her shock and surprise Dev hands over a gift and says that it is her birthday gift.
She opens it and finds a beautiful saree. She is shocked to learn Dev shop on his own for her. Dev informs everybody that he went shopping for Ishwari's birthday with Dr. Bose. Ishwari gets shocked. Radha tells Dev that they all are equally shocked to hear that Dev took Sona to shop for Ishwari. Dev asks his mother whether she like the gift or not. Ishwari says yes but she starts thinking and doubting Dev and Sona.
