The episode begins with Dadi boosting Akshara's morale. Everybody try to console Akshara.
Next day, Akshara sees that Naira has high fever. She panics. But Naira out of rage and hatred for Akshara, runs out in the rain to maker herself fall more Sick. Akshara runs out with an umbrella for Naira but she runs away. Naira faints and Naitik prevents her from falling. The doctor asks everyone to take care of Naira. In the Maheshwari house, Ananya and Ranveer come and insist on meeting Naira. Everybody ask Ananya and Ranveer to first take rest. Akshara feels guilty and blames herself for Naira's ill health. She decides to leave the house. Naitik stops her and says that they all need to work in clearing out Naira's all misconceptions. Next day, all gather around Naira to take care of her. Naira observes that Akshara is missing. She tries to figure out where Akshara is. She feels restless on not seeing Akshara around. She tries calling Akshara from Naksh's cell but it's switched off. She gets worried.
