The episode begins with Dev and Natasha discussing over a business deal. After the discussion, unknowingly Dev hums a bengali song and tells Natasha that he learnt it from Sona. Natasha enquires about Sona and Neil's relationship.
Dev tells her that they broke up since both were very different from one another. At home, Sona helps Ishwari in removing a bag from above the cupboard. Radha yells at Sona for having interfered in their personal property. Ishwari asks Radha to be nice to Sona since she too is a family member. At office, Mr. Gujral tells Dev that he wants to get him and Natasha engaged on her birthday, in two days. He will finalise the deal with him only after that. Dev feels trapped and is in a dilemma. He goes home and informs Ishwari who too panics. Radha says she will take care of the arrangements. Sona hears all this and gets shocked Later, she asks him to select a ring for Natasha from the jeweller.
Dev selects one and the Jeweller asks for Natasha's ring finger size. Rhea gets Sona and asks her to wear it and give her finger measurement. Dev puts the ring in Sona's finger. To be continued.
