The episode begins with Sonakshi getting discharged from hospital. She realises her love for Dev.
On coming home, Saurav and Elina welcome Sonakshi in a nice way. Sona asks Elina to go and give Ishwari the diet chart she had prepared for Ishwari. Dev leaves for office and sees that Radha has got another nutritionist. He apologises to the Dr. And says that they do not want another one. Radha gets irritated. Meanwhile, Elina comes and gives the chart to Ishwari. They get happy on seeing Sona's dedication.
Radha gets irritated and Ishwari goes to convince her. Vicky sees Elina and tries to flirt with her. She yells at him and says will put him behind bars and leaves. Dev meets a new businessman in office. Tina comes with lily flowers and asks him to give it to Sona when meets her. Dev gives flowers to Sona. She feels good. Sona's mother asks Dev to find the right match for her. Sona gets upset and goes upstairs to her room. She cries and calls Dev. Dev is leaving for his home and hears her cry. She tells him that she is feeling very hopeless and annoyed and irritated. Dev boosts her morale. She loves the kind words.
