Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naksh and Tara's engagement gets fixed; Varsha feels Akshara is misguiding Ananya
The Episode begins with Naitik consoling the tensed Akshara to not to worry for Naira. He says that they will always be there for her and have to be alert also.
Meanwhile, Naksh and Tara who are on the field for Tara's hockey coaching for an upcoming competition receive a call from home calling them back urgently. The two tensed immediately reach home just to find out that their engagement date has been fixed. Naksh and Tara's joy know no bounds. Bhabhima does Tilak of the couple. Naitik and Akshara become emotional and nostalgic on seeing everybody so happy.
Tara suddenly learns that her engagement date is also 15th, .i.e. the same day of her hockey tournament. She gets very tensed.
Meanwhile, in the Maheshwari house, the over tensed Varsha tries to convince Ananya to meet the groom but Ananya is stubborn and adamant to meet him. Everybody tries to convince her, but in vain.
Later on, Varsha makes lavish arrangements for the Groom and his family. She prepares a lot of sweets and other delicacies but still is sceptical on her arrangements. Akshara comes and informs everyone about Naksh's engagement to have been fixed. Everybody is very happy. But Varsha is lost in her own thoughts and drowning in her own fears. Akshara goes and convinces Ananya to meet the boy. She explains how she herself once was very tensed while getting married to Naitik bit things went on the flow.
Akshara asks her to atleast meet the guy. She could reject the proposal if she did not like him. Varsha overhears their conversation and feels Akshara is misguiding Ananya by talking about rejection.
