Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Akshara regains her eyesight; catches Naman-Karishma's dishonesty
The Episode starts with proud husband Naitik praising his wife Akshara's honesty during the singing competition. But Naitik is also tensed on thinking about the incident that happened with Akshara during the competition. Akshara says that only family members knew about she being allergic to coil. Both assume it to be Maya who must have learnt about it while her work tenure and must have taken advantage of it.
Bhabhima and Devyaani tell Akshara about a lake temple and yagya. But since Akshara has her check up, Bhabhima and Naksh decide to stay back with her and ask Devyani and Baauji to go ahead.
Meanwhile, Tara is upset over her relation with Naksh hitting the rocks. On Aditya's suggestion, she calls up Akshara to talk about it.But Naksh sees Akshara attending Tara's call and he attends it instead. He tells her that their relation is over. Until then, while Naksh is away Akshara feels somebody in her room. She smells the perfume and senses that she has earlier too smelled a similar fragrance near her.Till then Naksh arrives and Akshara asks to see whether anyone is in the room, but Naksh does not find anybody there.
Here, Naman is down with high fever. Naitik asks him to take rest and says he will handle office work. Girija finds out that Akshara's medicines are over and Naksh goes to buy them. Mishti sprays a perfume that smells exactly the same as Akshara had sensed in her room. Karishma gets angry on her and asks not to use her perfume as it is new.
Akshara hopes Naman and Karishma are not on any wrong path of life. Meanwhile, Naksh on his way back from chemist meets Tara. He refuses to listen to her who is inconsolable by then. At the Maheshwari Niwas, Rukmani brings a marriage proposal for Ananya. The family gets shocked and angry on seeing the picture of the boy and find it an absurd match. Rukmini defends herself by saying that the boy is rich and fat like Ananya. Varsha gets angry and asks her to stay away and not get involved in finding a match for her daughter.
While Naman and Karishma are keeping their legal papers ready, Akshara comes to them. Karishma is surprised seeing her bhabhi walk without her stick. Akshara apologises for disturbing Naman and Karishma from their office work. Karishma gets surprised and lies that Naman is sleeping in another room.
Further, Akshara wears her headphones and is sitting relaxed. She enacts as if she cannot hear anything else since she is listening to songs. A man comes to give mortgage papers. As soon as Naman heads to sign the papers, Akshara holds back his hand and checks the papers herself. Naman and Karishma are dumbfounded on knowing that Akshara has regained her vision.
