Being a dance practitioner, Deepika Singh practices yoga religiously. 

Though some asanas look like an arduous task for non-yoga practitioners, for Deepika it doesn't seem to be any tough row to hoe. Look how smoothly the young actress is holding her pose.

In the upcoming episodes of her hit TV serial Diya Aur Baati Hum, she will be performing some stunts for which TV's Mrs. Rathi is all geared up. And all those high-octane stunts can be made easy-peasy through a regular asana practice. And that again explains, why yoga is an inseparable part of her fitness regime.
