After Cannes, Gautam Gulati all set to walk the red carpet in San Francisco
Gautam Gulati seems to be globetrotting for the screening of his movie Darpok. After being screened at the Cannes Film Festival last year, then in New York, it is all set to head to San Francisco.
According to reports, the movie will be showcased at the World Film Festival to be held in July. While talking to a leading daily, Gautam said, "I received a letter from the organisers, telling us they'd heard great things about our film and invited us to screen it at their fest." While talking about the movie's story, he said, "Director Rakesh Mehta's Darpok is about a helpless kid who sees his mother getting raped. For 14 years, he burns with a desire for vengeance. How he takes his revenge forms the crux of the story." The Diya Aur Baati Hum actor who walked the red carpet at Cannes with Sylvester Stallone and Nicole Kidman is beaming with joy on being appreciated by them over his movie.
Gautam will also be seen in Azhar starring Emraan Hashmi.
