Darsheel Safary makes his TV debut as a love-sick teenager in Sun Yaar Try Maar!
Darsheel Safary – the young dyslexic bright child of Aamir Khan starrer Taare Zameen Par (2007) – has grown up into a promising teenager and is raring to make his small screen debut in a popular episodic of Bindass channel.
Darsheel will enact the part of a 17-year-old street-smart boy named Abhay who is head over heels in love with his childhood friend Chandni in the youth-centric show Sun Yaar Try Maar.
Talking about his character Abhay,he says, “When I was narrated the story of Abhay, I instantly fell in love with the character who is both, innocent and mischievous at the same time. Like every teenager goes to any heights to prove his love, Abhay time and again attempts to impress his girl; but with that necessary comic element which brings a smile to people's faces. I am trying this genre for the very first time, so I can’t wait for the response of audiences!”
Apart from acting in films, Darsheel has appeared in television advertisements and also been a part of a popular dance celebrity reality show. The episode will go on air January 17 at 7 PM on Bindass.
