Comedy Nights with Kapil to be aired on Star Plus?

Fans of Comedy Nights with Kapil can take heart in the new development taking place regarding the show’s new host channel.

A few days back, news broke out about CNWK going off air and many avid followers of the comedy series were disheartened as a result. Sources revealed that Kapil Sharma was displeased when COLORS launched another comedy show with a similar format (read: Comedy Nights Bachao) in which A-listers of Bollywood were invited as guests. Unhappy with the attention CNB was receiving, Kapil decided to pull the show off-air

A news daily reports that the CEO of COLORS, Raj Nayak, even held a meeting with Kapil Sharma to talk it out and convince him to stay back, but he failed to do so.

Since there is no dearth of takers for Comedy Nights with Kapil, Star Plus has reportedly signed a deal with Kapil. So, if the speculations turn out to be true, we shall soon see the crazy family of CNWK on Star Plus.
