Bigg Boss 9 Day 79: Cool Group breaks up: credit Priya; Rochelle behaves meanly; Nora sheds fake tears for Prince
As the housemates wake up to the number Chor Bazari, Keith and Suyyash start their morning talk by unanimously agreeing that Prince has changed after Nora’s entry. They talk about how Salman had sung his famous song Chand Chupa Badal Mein for Prince, hinting that his individuality is getting lost in his feelings for Nora. However, Prince has decoded the message in the wrong way by thinking that Salman was asking him to stay away with the Cool Group! Soon after, Rochelle iterates the same and asks Prince to know where he is going wrong. However, Prince assures her that he won’t let his relationship with Nora affect the game.
Priya catches Rochelle and Prince doing nothing when they are supposed to help the cooking team and blasts them for neglecting their duty. Rochelle defends herself and tries to justify her actions by saying that she had asked the cooking team to heat the chicken, but they are frying parathas instead. Both Suyyash and Kishwer gang up against Rochelle and give her an earful calling her attitude “uncool” and saying that she would have done her duties well had Keith been the captain of the house. Soon after Priya walks into the bedroom, smiles to Rishabh and says, “CGC – Cool Group Cracked! i.e. Kishwer, Suyyash and Rochelle, who were a part of the Cool Group, have had a fallout!
Later, Rochelle seeks revenge from Priya for what she did to her in the morning, by rushing into the bathroom when it was Priya’s turn to take bath. Priya gets upset with this action and begins shouting at Rochelle to get out as she had informed Keith that she would be going in after he gets done with his bath. Even when Priya knocks at the door and shouts at the top of her voice, Rochelle does not budge and continue occupying the bathroom. When all else fails, Priya fires a barb saying that Rochelle perhaps wanted take bath with Keith! Prince hears this comment and speaks up on Keith-Rochelle’s behalf saying Priya can’t use such obscene language. Expectedly, Priya and the cool group get into a heated battle over this issue.
Priya blurts out before Nora about the discussion that recently took place between the housemates about Prince-Nora in the Sky Lounge. When Nora learns that it was Mandana who made an unacceptable remark about Nora and Prince, she confronts her and questions her about daring to do so. When Mandana says she was only joking, Nora tells her not to joke about a sensitive topic like that. Kishwer and other members of the cool group explain to Nora that the topic of discussion was about how Prince has stopped spending time with them and instead focussing on Nora these days. Nora gets angry and retorts saying that if such is the case then she shall not spend time with Prince so that his position in the game is not affected. The issue does not end here. Nora further breaks down into fake tears, while others walk up to her and pacify her.
In the afternoon, Bigg Boss introduces the luxury budget task of the week titled The Jewel Thief. The housemates are divided into two teams - the chor team comprising Keith, Mandana, Nora and Rishabh and the police team consisting of Rochelle, Prince, Kishwer and Priya. Captain Suyyash is asked to supervise the task. There are diamonds laid out across the living area and the bedroom which the chor team is required to steal them. The chor team is given a secret room which the police team is not aware about. Here, the chor team is given an order in which they need to steal the eight diamonds laid out in the house. If the police catch the thieves with diamonds and if they get suspicious about someone, they can arrest the thieves and put them in the jail.
