Bigg Boss 9 Day 78: Kishwer avoids proximity with Mandana witnessing her violent side; Mandana switches off lights when Priya visits loo
As the episode begins, the housemates are seen engaged in a discussion regarding the results of the Party or Punishment task which was allotted to them on Salman’s birthday the previous evening. Captain of the house Suyyash is caught in a trick situation when girlfriend Kishwer, who is supposed to be Mandana’s personal maid for 48 hours, declines to perform the task saying she does not trust Mandana after witnessing her violent streak the last night.
Meanwhile, Mandana goes about locking horns and getting even with others, more so, Priya.
When Priya irritates Mandana and follows her around the house, Mandana seeks revenge by switching off the light as soon as Priya enters the washroom. Later, while sitting in the Sky lounge, Mandana tells Prince that she will apologize to Priya for her behavior only if Salman tells her to do so.
Bigg Boss gets done with Mandy’s poor behaviour and tells Priya in the confession room that the housemates have to think of a strict punishment for Mandana. He also gives an earful to Mandana for putting a poor show in the house. Suyyash takes away Mandana’s bags by keeping them in the storeroom. This action gets a reaction out of Mandana and she tells Suyyash since BB did not blame her for using violence, no one has the right to take away her bags. When Suyyash gives up saying Mandana will not change no matter what punishment she is given, Rochelle, Kishwer and Priya put their foot down and disallow Suyyash to return Mandy’s bags.
The following morning, the entire house wakes up to the song Shake It Like Shammi. When Priya walks into the garden area, her attention is caught by Rishabh sans the umbrella over Nora’s head as per the punishment given to him the last night. This intervention on Priya’s part sparks a fight between her and Nora. Rishabh joins Nora against Priya in this fight and later spends ample time with Nora to re-educate her against Rochelle and also badmouths Priya. In the latter half of the day, Mandana walks up to Priya and apologises for her shocking behaviour the other day, before all the housemates.
Even when the ‘party or punishment’ task gets over, Rishabh and Nora continue with their flirtatious gimmicks, while Prince sulks and burns in jealousy. At night, Nora speaks to Prince and tells him how apparent jealousy on his face is. She further informs him that Mandana has told Rishabh that she is only using Prince to her advantage and he should not fall in her trap.
