Bigg Boss 9 Day 77: Gizele Thakral evicted; Salman celebrates 50th b’day in BB house; a big fight ensues as Mandana loses it!
In the episode today, the BB housemates brace up to surprise Salman by putting in special efforts to celebrate Salman Khan’s 50th birthday! Besides, making birthday cards, the housemates walk an extra mile by preparing a special group dance act on a Salman’s popular numbers Mera Hi Jalwa and Selfie Le Le Re. When Salman tuned in to Me TV he gets elated to see the housemates ready to surprise him in dance positions instead of sitting on the couch like always.
After some time, Salman informs the housemates that there are some Christmas costumes kept in the store room for them. He further tells them to mutually decide which housemates should wear which costume depending upon his or her demeanour. As soon as the housemates were changed into their costumes, Salman Khan surprised them by entering the house with dancers dressed as Santa Clauses and Santarinas. Salman makes the housemates walk the ramp dressed in Christmas costumes and explain why they were chosen for the costume. While Rishabh and Mandana are dressed as devils, Priya and Kishwer are dressed are witches, Suyyash and Prince are Santa Clause Keith’s reindeers, Rochelle is an angel and Nora is a snowman.
Bigg Boss announces that there is a surprise for Salman Khan in the house and he has a treasure hunt awaiting him. Receiving clues about where he could find his gifts, Salman go about searching for them with the help of the housemates. To his surprise, Salman finds his favourite things in the treasure hunt. Such as a cap with the word ‘friend’, protein shake, protein bars, a collage of Salman’s favourite moments, canvas to hone his painting hobby and a cake with Santarinas. Soon after, Bigg Boss shows a montage of Salman’s BB journey and takes him a walk down the memory lane. Finally, the housemates gift him the greeting cards with all their wishes – some warm and some quirky! Salman appreciates this warm gesture by painting a picture of Jesus on the canvas and offers it to the housemates as their return gift. Mandana asks Salman Khan if she can keep the ‘Friend’ cap and he says she can.
Soon as Salman Khan leaves the house, Prince takes the cap given to Mandana and wears it. This sparks an outrage as Mandy yells at Prince and asks her to avoid touching her possessions. Priya further infuriate Mandana by saying that it was she who in the first place stole Rishabh’s face wash. At this point, Mandana loses her mind and aggressively takes off the devil horns worn by Priya and breaks them. She later even throws the vampire teeth at Priya. A heated battle ensues between the two and the housemate bear witness to this unfortunate incident.
In the end, Gizele is asked to leave with her bags and she bids adieu to the house.
