Balika Vadhu: Dadisa leaves Mangala stumped by giving her an earful!
In the latest episode, Dr. Anant (Hiten Tejwani), who is a well-wisher of Anandi and her family, brings along a psychiatrist to help Nimboli get over the hatred for her real mother.
The doctor starts asking Nimboli a few questions about her real mother and why she hates her so much. Nimboli remembers how Disa/Mangala asked her to refrain from talking about the unfortunate meeting with her (fake) mother to anyone. Hence, she tries avoiding the questions and starts giving vague answers. When the doctor persists in his attempts to get the exact answers, Nimboli gets frustrated and runs to her room in tears.
When she reports the matter to Mangala, the latter angrily goes to confront Anandi and Dadisa. Mangala shouts at Dadisa and Anandi for pestering Nimboli by questioning about her mother when the girl is not mentally sound to talk about it. Dadisa gets baffled with Mangala’s audacity and unreasonable concern, and starts giving her a piece of her mind. Dadisa says that if they allow Nimboli to live with the hatred in her heart, it would ruin her life. Mangala refuses to accept Dadisa’s logic and assertively calls herself to be Nimboli’s foster mother. Dadisa answers back saying that she is grateful to Mangala for life for looking after Nimboli, but the truth is Anandi is her real mother and hence has more rights over the girl. She praises Anandi for silently enduring the pain of separation from Nimboli and asks Mangala to be more patient.
This statement leaves Mangala stupefied and short of words.
