Bigg Boss 9 Day 71: SRK-Kajol crown Priya-Rishabh as Dilwali-Dilwala; Rochelle fights AGAIN with Keith; Giselle asks Priya to avoid trying too hard to please others!
In today’s episode, SRK and Kajol continue making the housemates do certain tasks for the sake of entertainment. Rochelle and Mandana are pitted against each other over an IQ task in which the latter outwits the other.
Soon after, SRK and Kajol have a fun time and make Suyyash, Prince and Kishwer play-act. They give them a hypothetical situation in which Prince is Kishwer’s boyfriend and Suyyash is Kishwer’s dog. The King of romance takes in charge of giving some lessons on romance to Rishabh and Prince asking them to say the famous dialogues from Dil Toh Pagal Hai and Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. Finally, before kissing goodbye to the housemates, Kajol and SRK crown Priya and Rishabh as the Dilwali and Dilwala of the house owing to their hot and cold equation.
Late at night, Rishabh and Prince get into a bad fight with Priya alleging her for passing “sleazy comments” during the weekend episode. Priya defends herself and clarifies that it she never meant to pass any “sleazy” comment and instead, Rishabh should get his definition of the word clear. She reminds Rishabh of making a joke of her age and makes him own up about it.
The next day, the housemates make a quick guess that the next task is going to be about money as they wake up to the number Paisa Yeh Kaisa.
Priya speaks to Giselle in the bedroom while no one is around about what the sad incident last night. Priya breaks down while saying that everything she says or does becomes a joke in the house – be it her age, her walk, her voice etc. Giselle comments that Priya tries too hard to please others and should let herself free from being too concerned. Priya begs to differ vehemently with Giselle’s comment and says that it is her nature and can’t do anything about it.
In the afternoon, Rochelle suggests that in the spirit of Christmas, they should play Secret Santa and gift one another presents. Keith comes up with his own idea and unintentionally cuts Rochelle’s dialog saying that they could also give away a few of their clothes to Bigg Boss and request him to donate the clothes to an orphanage. Rochelle takes this to heart and get upset with Keith for cutting her idea. With a sullen face, she goes with her meal to eat alone in the sky lounge. Keith comes to her to cheer her up but fails to do so. Things get worse when Priya walks up to Rochelle to assure her that her idea will be considered by the housemates. Rochelle gets further miffed with Keith and asks him why he told about their scuffle to others. Keith says that Kishwer asked him why Rochelle is in a bad mood and knowing that she is good friends with Rochelle, he told her the whole story. In a fit of anger, Rochelle asks Keith to go away and eat his own food. Later, Rochelle’s anger calms down, she walks up to Keith and gives him a hug. He, too, cheers her up by kissing her on the cheek.
In the evening, the housemates begin playing a game of truth and dare to entertain themselves. It turns out to be quite a revelatory evening.
Afterwards, Bigg Boss introduces another task to help the contestants reclaim their lost sum of the winning amount back in a task called Baazi. The housemates are divided into 4 pair – Rochelle and Rishabh, Kishwer and Mandana, Keith and Nora, Suyyash and Priya. The housemates are supposed to stand in pairs on one pole. They are provided only two rubber rings on the pole to stand upon. While Giselle supervises the task, Prince takes his seat in the confession room betting on the Jodi which is likely to win. If he gets the Jodi right, the housemates will get the winning amount back.
