Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Ranveer moves on; Hritika holes up Ishani in a jailhouse at a remote Haryanvi village!
In the recent episode, Ranveer breaks up with Ishani forever after blasting her for cheating on him, at a party. He vows to hate her as much as he loved her. Five months later, Ishani is seen holed up in a jailhouse somewhere in a village in Haryana. Hritika keeps a close tab on Ishani’s moves by tracking her via a CCTV camera.
Meanwhile, Ishani is shown counting days and living in a miserable state with the hope of seeing Ranveer alive and happy once she gets released from the jail. Hritika comes to Ishani and takes pot-shots at her plight. When Ishani requests her to share some information about developments in RV’s life, Hritika reveals that his operation is due the next day, and in a month’s time, his face would come back to normalcy. She further shares that RV has established a stable business and seems to be doing quite well in that domain.
Hritika, however, keeps the identity of the man, who has been plotting IshVeer’s separation, a secret. She, however, reveals that the man is very powerful and is after RV to settle old scores with him.
Soon after, a man is brought to the jailhouse and thrown into Ishani’s cell by some rustic Haryanvi goons. The man pretends to be suffering from an illness and goes on coughing endlessly. Ishani pacifies him and offers him water, but the man asks her to back off as she might catch his illness. When Ishani inquires, the man shares that he has been put into the same jail even earlier and he is a poor farmer by occupation.
Ishani pities the man and wracks her brains to solve the whole mystery. When the man is about to reveal something crucial about the man who jailed him, Hritika storms into the jail, scolds the two for indulging in idle chit-chat and further warns them of dire consequences.
