Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani: Avdesh asks Ranaji to put his wife Gayatri at stake in the Game of Dice!
In the latest episode, Ranaji’s latest enemy disguised as a friend, Avdesh Singh Chauhan, invites Ranaji to play the game of dice wit him for entertainment. Ranaji accepts the offer and makes due arrangements to play the game with his family by his side.
Meanwhile, Gayatri forebodes evil and intuits an ominous event. However, remembering how Ranaji felt bad when she tried stopping him from fighting the spear match with Avdesh, she employs self-restrain and keeps quiet. Soon the game of dice begins and Avdesh asks Ranaji to put start-off by putting something at stake. Kunwar uncle supports Avdesh’s proposal and asks Ranaji to agree. Ranaji takes a look at Gayatri to get her approval in this matter. Gayatri reluctantly agrees by giving a nod of approval.
As the game begins, Avdesh wins the stake. He asks Raj Mata to cook for him for a week and tells Ranaji to gulp down a glass of wine for losing the stake.
Soon after, the two go about staking something or another. However, the game takes a hazardous turn when Avdesh comes in his real form and asks Ranaji to put his property at stake. He taunts Ranaji to provoke him by saying if he has any wealth left with him. Ranaji reacts to Avdesh’s jibes and hastily leaves to fetch some money from his locker. Gayatri follows Ranaji and discourages him to put so much at stake and asks him to look into Avdesh’s evil machinations.
Ranaji, however, ignores Gayatri’s plea by making various arguments. He returns to the game and loses the money to Avdesh in the next turn. Soon after, Avdesh provokes Ranaji to stake something bigger like a true player. He shocks everyone in the royal family by asking Ranaji to put his wife Gayatri at stake! Hearing this, Raj Mata gets up and shouts at Avdesh to stop his nonsense. Ranaji, too, gets enraged and tells Avdesh that neither this game is a part of Mahabharat, nor he is Yudhistir and even Gayatri is not Draupadi that he should be putting her at stake. He further says that Avdesh can’t win over Ranaji, hence, he wants to snatch away his possessions by using unfair means. As Ranaji starts walking out of the venue in a huff, Avdesh dares to challenge him yet again by reminding him that he can’t leave the game midway being a Rajput.
Will Ranaji agree to play the last round?
To be continued…
