TV heartthrob Arjun Bijlani is a proud owner of a cricket team now!

Television's most sought-after actors, Arjun Bijlani, who is currently seen in Naagin as the male lead and is playing an important role in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi is excited to participate in BCL (Box Cricket League).

He has become the co-owner of one of a BCL team lately. The actor says, "I love Mumbai because I am born and brought up in Mumbai. I love cricket also. So, I am the co-owner of the Mumbai Tigers. Cricket is like a religion in India. We all love the game and we are playing from childhood. I find BCL very refreshing and engaging. Now becoming the co- owner of Mumbai Tigers is great because I will be close to my favourite game."

Arjun has also shared his memories of cricket. The actor shares, "As a kid, I used to love batting. I always wanted to bat first and even if I was clean bowled, I used to bat. I made trips to Shivaji Park for training in Ramakant Achrekar's academy. Ramakant Achrekar was the coach of Sachin Tendulkar. Once I finished college, I used to watch cricket on TV. Now, I am very happy that I am going play in BCL and I am proud to be the co-owner of the Mumbai team."

Juggling a prime time and TRP-raking show like Naagin and looking up BCL will be a challenging task. But, Arjun is game for it. “Where there is a will there is a way so I will manage both Naagin shoot and BCL. BCL is going to be a super hit with viewers because people have their favourite actors playing cricket with a good competitive spirit.”
