In the recent episode of Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, we saw Ishani walking into the police station with Ranveer. The police inspector gives an earful to RV for attempting to run away from his home and this breaking the law. However, Ishani apologises to the police on RV’s behalf and urges them to understand that RV is already psychologically unwell due to theworsening of his face. She promises that RV would stay in police custody until she returns with legal orders for his final release.

After a heart-breaking surrender to the police, RV bids adieu to Ishani. Ishani walks out of the police station in a sad mood and sits down in the verandah thinking of how she would rescue RV from the murder charges and how she would cure his diseased face. As she breaks down into tears, Shikhar arrives to console her. He sits by Ishani’s side and informs her that they have received a hearing date from the court for RV’s case. He assures Ishani that they have a month to gather evidence to fight RV’s case and bail him out. Together, Shikhar and Ishani go about gathering proofs and also the antidote of the virus which was injected by Milan into RV’s body.

On the other hand, a scientist is seen offering the antidote of the virus to an unknown man at an undisclosed location. The scientist explains that I the antidote is given to RV, he would completely be cured of his obnoxious disease. As soon as the scientist leaves, Ritika walks in to meet the unknown man. She conspires with him and awaits for Ishani’s arrival to seek the antidote to the virus.

Inside the jail, RV’s face starts getting even uglier. So much so that his co-prisoners get baffled and stupefied to behold RV’s worsening looks. One of the prisoners runs hither-thither and requests the police to shift him to another cell. However, his plea gets turned down by the indifferent police.
