Bigg Boss 9 Day 55: Of Rochelle-Priya-Mandana’s yelling match and BB’s punishment to the housemates!
The episode begins with the song Ainvayi Lut Gaya and soon the housemates wake up to realise that indeed they are truly left bereft of the all kitchen items. The entire house rushes to the garden area where they find their personal items stole by the Jallad during “money task” and the luxury budget items hanging by a suspender. Bigg Boss breaks his silence and tells the housemates that they are being deprived of food and things as a punishment for breaking house rules such as by speaking in English, sleeping during day time etc. BB further says that the items shall be returned only when housemates begin following the rules. Priya being the captain is assigned the task of punishing the contestants if they break rules and BB promises Priya that if she succeeds in her job, her captaincy shall be extended for a week more!
Soon, a yelling match ensues between cranky Rochelle and Priya over cleaning work. Rochelle sees Kanwal’s cloth lying near the wash basin. She tells Priya that Kanwal should be asked to pick up his clothes from the bathroom right away as she needs to clean that area. Priya, who was speaking to Rishabh in the porch, tells Roch that Kanwal is busy cleaning the kitchen platform. Priya further tells Roch to clean the rest of the bathroom and wash basin and let Kanwal’s clothing remain wherever it is. Rochelle does not like the idea and picks up a fight with Priya over it. Priya, in turn, alleges Roch for unreasonable behaviour. Kanwal hears the argument and says that he placed his clothes near the wash basin because other buckets were full with damp clothes.
While the fight is on between Priya and Rochelle in the porch, Mandana, Kanwaljeet and Digangana discuss Rochelle’s mood swings while working in the kitchen. Mandana says that Rochelle has been PMS-ing, while Diggy comments how baffled Rochelle gets when she sees herself losing in an argument with someone. On the other hand, when Priya sees Rochelle unwilling to give up, she admits her mistake and goes on to punish herself to silence Rochelle and make her feel sorry about it. Prince approaches Rochelle and advises her to avoid stooping low like Priya.
Later, Rochelle tells Keith that the fight started because Priya was speaking to Rishabh and she did not want to get disturbed.
Ironically, is it Mandana’s turn next to get into a cat-fight with Priya for breaking some rules. Priya punishes her by asking her to eat green chillies, but Mandy’s refuses to take the punishment citing stomach issues. Finally, Priya ties her with heavy iron and asks her to take 5 rounds of the garden area. Mandana begins crying at her lot and snaps at Prince when he simply tries to offer some advice.
In the evening, Bigg Boss gets pleased with the sincere attempts of the housemates to follow house rules and Priya’s endeavour to ensure the rules are followed. To reward the housemates, Bigg Boss returns the luxury budget items and other belongings of the housemates.
However, the day ends with yet another fight in the house and this time Rochelle gets embroiled in a heated tiff with Kishwer over a few eats. After the fight, Rochelle seeks solitude to shed tears about the issue. Keith takes note of this, and walks up to Rochelle to pacify her.
