Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: RV shows signs of a weird disease as an side-effect of the injection given by Milan!
Milan has run away from Ishani and RV’s life but not without putting the couple in a pool of mess. Milan had shot a video of himself in RV’s get-up to make a serious confession. Posing as RV in the video, Milan recorded himself say that he killed Ishani’s brother Sharman when the latter caught him for misappropriation of company funds. Soon after, Milan had a face-off with RV at a desolated place and he put an injection carrying a deadly virus on RV’s body. Before he could get caught by the police, Milan ran away. The video shot by Milan, reached the police, and RV landed in the jail for killing Sharman and on other charged of fraud.
The story moved on recently and we saw Ishani approaching the police commissioner for help regarding RV’s case. The police commissioner for having good terms with Ishani’s late father, allows her to see Milan’s video only if she keeps it a secret. Ishani watches the video on the commissioner’s computer to gather some proof for RV’s help. However, she fails to find anything concrete in the video. She gets clue and goes to the place where RV and Milan had the confrontation. After a thorough search in the area, she finds RV’s shirt and a pharmaceutical bottle lying there. She checks the manufacturer’s name on the label and visits the manager of the lab. To Ishani’s dismay, the manager refuses to reveal any information about the medicine in the bottle. Ishani decides to seek help from the chaiwala of the lab for getting her hands on the file that has the batch number and details of the medicine which Milan infused into RV’s body. The chaiwala helps Ishank sneak into the lab afterwards. Ishani finds the file and some vital information about the medicine. She learns that the medicine injected into RV’s body can destroy a particular organ. She rushes to see RV in jail and finds him showing signs of a weird disease. The police staff and other criminals run away from RV and isolate him. Ishani, however, gets closer to RV and feels heartbroken to find his face getting rotten and uglier. She takes him in her embrace and consoles him to assume that she is with him.
