Rishina Kandhari attends Himanshu Soni's mehendi ceremony in Jaipur! (PICS)
Television actress Rishina Kandhari, who was last seen in Zee TV's Tashan-e-Ishq, is currently in Jaipur to attend Zee TV's Buddha fame actor Himanshu Soni's wedding.
"There were two ceremonies at the same day Mehendi and Mela party. I reached to the destination from the airport directly for mehendi,” says Rishina.
Rishina is very close friend of both the groom Himanshu as well as the bride Sheetal. So, it was difficult for her to decide from whom side she should attend the wedding. "I know Himanshu since long and I am Sheetal's friend as well. I was first invited by Sheetal. I was confused whether should I go from the bride's or groom's side? But then I decided I had to go from the bride's side."
Though the actress sported casual clothing in one of the ceremonies, she is happy that there were so many ceremonies to attend. "As I said after mehendi there was a mela party where we had fun with rifle shooting to balloons and other traditional mela attractions. sangeet was in the evening. We danced a lot like crazy people. Then the next morning there was a South Indian style wedding."
The beauty of the regal city has left Rishina besotted and charmed. “The wedding was pleasant unlike Mumbai marriages. The chilliness of cool air was nice and refreshing. The property where the wedding was going to take place is so good that even if you are standing alone it gives you feeling of serenity. Away from the hustle-bustle of city this part of Jaipur city is breathtakingly beautiful,” comments the actress.
It is Rishina's second visit to Jaipur after a long gap. Coincidentally, even in childhood she had visited Jaipur for a royal wedding.
