Diya Aur Baati Hum: Mohit's shocking demise and Bhabho's illness has left Sandhya helpless!
In the episode aired recently, we saw Sandhya getting stumped to see Mohit’s dead body being pulled out with a crane from the well. The police investigates the matter and Sandhya is assigned the duty of the case. After going through the post-mortem report, Sandhya’s police team dismisses the case as suicide. However, Sandhya faces a serious dilemma as she is unable to reveal the news of Mohit’s death to her family.
She comes to know that Bhabho is unwell as the functioning of her kidneys has suffered due to stress. Looking at Bhabho’s fragile health, Sandhya refrains from stressing her further by telling about Mohit’s demise. She thinks of at least informing Suraj about it, but due to a series of situations, she fails in her attempts to do so. Meanwhile, the Rathis notice that Mohit has been missing since morning and was not even present at Lalima’s engagement. They assume that Mohit has gone away for some work.
As Sandhya tries to hide the news of Mohit’s death, Meenakshi announces that she has a serious matter to share with Bhabho. The screen freezes on Sandhya’s face as she wonders what the matter could be.
