PINKVILLA EXCLUSIVE: “Digangana and Rishabh actually had a husband and wife aura” – Evicted BB9 contestant Puneet Vashisht

Just-out contestant Puneet Vashisht had some interesting things and anecdotes to share with Pinkvilla.com about his stay in the Bigg Boss house. Here are the excerpts of the interview:

What did you led to your eviction too such, according to your point of view?

Because I could not create any gossip, disharmony and negativity. I could not entertain public by being a bad man because that’s not what Puneet Vashisht is.

In the press, Digangana’s father Neeraj recently said that their message about Rishabh was wrongly conveyed by Puneet. And Neeraj sir also said that he is happy about Diggy and Rishabh patch up. What are your thoughts on this?

Diggy’s father and mom came to my house before I entered the show. Her mom was crying like crazy. She was so tensed about what happened between Diggy and Rishabh in the past. They gave me the entire story. They told me to send Diggy out because she is not safe with Rishabh.  

I did not emotionally blackmail Diggy by bringing up her parents’ and Nani’s name, but was giving her a reminder. However, she hated it. And now that they (Digangana and Rishabh) have patched up, more than her parents, I am happy. Put the clutter behind man! Trust me, before I came out of the house, they (Digangana and Rishabh) actually had a husband and wife aura. To khaam-a-khan hum villain ban gaye is episode mein.

Do you think Suyyash, Kishwer and Prince are bullies in the BB house?

They did not bully me; they respect me because of the kind of work (acting/TV) I have done in the past. But in the house they are bullies sort of bullies. I respect Prince because he has fed me the food cooked by him. They bully Rishabh and often Prince manhandles Diggy which he should not be doing with a girl. But otherwise, they (Su-Kish and Prince) are cool. Main kyun dirt rakhun kisi ke liye mann mein?

What are your thoughts on Mandana ?

Two faced! She was different for two days and on the third she started pin-pointing at me because she saw that I as getting more attention. I pray to God to make her a better person.

How was it leaving the BB house? How did you feel? Did anyone felt sad while you were leaving the show?

Trust me, I got all the lessons in BB house that I needed in life. Like a school child, I respected everything Bigg Boss said.

And while I was leaving, everyone was happy. But I am no one to judge others.

On my part, I have no issues as I have been given talent which is more than what others in BB house possess.  I was not a threat to them.

But I want to thank lakhs of people who supported me...Mumbai police, Mumbai aunties…etc. It is a blessing for me to be out of the house.
