Bigg Boss 9 Day 20: Arvind Vegda ousted; Mandana asks Prince to avoid playing her “Baap”!
In today’s episode, we saw an early morning yelling match between Prince and Mandana snowballing into an aggressive debate. It all begins when Prince tells Mandana to finish her assigned chore. Mandana, not being in the mood to perform the duty, turns down Prince’s order and buys time to do it later. This hurt Prince’s ego and he repeats himself to emphasise on the urgency of his order. However, his plea falls on Mandy’s deaf ears. Left with no other choice, Prince gives strict orders to Mandy mentioning that she must obey as he is the captain of the house. Miffed with Prince’s behaviour, Mandy’s answers back saying, “aap captain ho; baap nahin.” This unexpected reply leaves Prince shocked, yet he continues shouting at Mandy for ignoring her task. Mandana rebels further by throwing off her mike and leaves the place to sit in a far corner. Meanwhile, Vikas tries to reason with Prince by saying that in any case, the latter should not have spoken to a woman like that. While, trying to justify his actions, Prince holds Vikas’s arm. Vikas’s ego gets hurt as a result and he asks Prince to get his hand off his arm. A heated argument ensues between the two as they got to the point of even smacking down each other. In this battle, Yuvika takes Mandy’s side, while Rochelle bats from Prince’s team. Later, BB summons Prince in the confession room and asks him to name the contestant who has caused maximum trouble in his captaincy. Without a doubt, Prince names Mandana as the culprit. He also adds that Mandy not only caused trouble not only to him, but to other house captains as well. BB punishes Mandana by putting her in the cage.
Hours later, when Weekend Ka Vaar segment kick-starts, Salman Khan leads a probe into the issue caused due to the ego hassles between Prince and Mandana. Salman defends Prince by saying that he spoke fairly and justly with Mandana while asking her to perform the household chores. Mandana gets defensive and goes about arguing to justify herself. However, in no mood to support the faulty Mandy this time, Salman sweetly asks her to be quiet. A blame game starts when Mandana calls Rochelle “Chabhi Master” for instigating the housemates against each other. Salman quips to ask Mandy if she thinks Rochelle feels insecure with her. Without any hesitation, Mandana answers with a “yes”! Later, issues cropped up during the week are discussed and fans question the contestants about their lapses. Suyyash is asked to justify why he was not sporting enough during the captaincy task when he already has been a sportsperson in the past. Unable to give a clear cut and convincing answer, Suyyash becomes a butt of joke!
Later, Arvind Vegda is evicted from the show and the remaining others are told by Salman to refrain from packing their bags as one of them will be asked to leave the house soon!
