Whoa! Shaheer Sheikh and Ravi Bhatia share screen space for a TV show!
After playing the charming Mughal prince Salim in ZEE TV’s ‘Jodha Akbar’, actor Ravi Bhatia has started shooting for an Indonesian TV series. Apparently, Ravi has joined the league of Indian TV actors that are doing meaty projects to earn big money in Indonesia.
Ravi’s new show is the second instalment of popular Indonesian show 'Cinta Di Langit Taj Mahal' (Love In The Sky Of The Taj Mahal) and revolves around two brothers who fall in love with the same girl.
A source tells us, "Ravi will be seen portraying the role of a cheerful, happy-go-lucky person, but his life turned upside down after an accident. He suddenly becomes introvert and started staying aloof."
When contacted, Ravi said, "Doing an Indonesian series is a new challenge for me and I am thoroughly enjoying shooting in a completely different culture. 'Cinta DI Langit Taj Mahal-2' is a very interesting love triangle and I am playing Shaheer Sheikh's younger brother. Co-incidentally my onscreen name is also Ravi."
Nabila Syakieb is playing the female protagonist in the show. It will be aired on Indonesian channel ANTV from November 2 onwards.
