Kamya Punjabi to play a mother-in-law on TV!
The actress will be seen as a mother-in-law in the show.
The daily dose of laughter is set to be raised with a special surprise in store for viewers of ‘Pyaar Marriage Ssshhh’ during Navratri. To give a kick start to festivities, the channel ropes in television’s renowned actress Kamya Punjabi in its popular show.
Known for playing grey characters on screen, the actress is all set to surprise her fans this time, with comedy! Kamya will be seen playing the character of Tara Khanna, Joy’s classy yet strict mother-in-law. An ex- Miss Chandigarh, Tara is a complete control freak and believes that men should be kept under control. On her association with the show, Kamya Punjabi said, “The show is very different and has lot of elements. I will be part of the show throughout but will be seen on and off. My role of Tara is not out and out negative, like my previous roles and that is why I chose to be a part of it."
