What tips are the ex-contestants offering to the new entrants for ‘Bigg Boss Double Trouble’?
‘Tis the season for the ‘Bigg Boss’ house to open its doors for a band of new celebrity contestants! Besides, loads of clothing to show-off their fashionable side, make-up and the usual paraphernalia, the contestants would also need a wee bit of sage counsel to survive through the odd weeks in their BB journey. And who can be better than the good ol’ contestants to provide the counsel based on their own experiences. Here we bring some exclusive pointers from some of the celebs who have had the first-hand experience of the bitter-sweet experiences offered by the BB house.
Pritam Singh (Season 8)
Survival Tips: You have to survive on your own because if you get influenced by others, then it can be a problem. So, it is best if you could keep your own temper in control. Be natural and be yourself. The problem is that contestants think if they fight and bicker, they will generate better content. But, the best thing is to be yourself.
Worst Memory: I lost my cool when Dimpy (Mahajan) was continuously poking me during one of the tasks. I wish I could have been in a better position to control my anger at that time.
Best Memory: The bonding we shared in our group P3G – was the best thing.
Vivek Mishra (Season 7)
Survival Tips: Crocodile tears and abusive language is the key to catch public attention and stay in the house for a longer period of time. Fake romance and intimacy will lead you to the finale!
Worst Memory: My worst moment was when I had to go sleep on an empty stomach because Gauahar stole my food for Kushal.
Best Memory: My best moment was when Khan Sir (Salman Khan) took a stand for me publicly
Sambhavna Seth (Season 2)
Survival Tips: I would only say I never played mind games during my stay in ‘Bigg Boss’. So, it is good to be as real as possible and only a few people have these qualities. It is better to be real than fake because that way you can connect with other contestants in a better way. Otherwise, if you are fake, it is will difficult to survive in the house as others may not like you.
Worst Memory: Staying with Raja Chaudhary under the same roof! Till date, we have not spoken to each other. And, I hope we never meet in life!
Best Memory: I have made good friends with Monica Bedi and Sana Khan. I want to continue being friends with them.
Praneet Bhat (Season 8)
Survival Tips: Stay calm because in the show, no one will even ask how you are doing. They will simply put you in the worst situation inside the house. Moreover, you will be forced to survive on less food and do arduous chores. You can either evolve or dissolve. It is better to avoid arguments and fights with others in BB house.
Worst Memory: Once, we faced shortage of salt in the house. For three days, we survived without salt in our food. Then I asked Puneet Sir to fetch salt from somewhere.
Best Memory: I befriended everyone. Everyone used to come to me to cry on my shoulder. It used to be fun when Salman Sir used to see for during the “weekend ka vaar” episodes.
