Qubool Hai: Mahira’s body to be possessed by her would-be husband Azaad’s ex-flame Afreen on her wedding day!
Mahira (Surbhi Jyoti) and Azaad’s (Rajbir Singh) love story is as thorny as Zoya-Asad and Sanam-Aahil’s was.
Azaad had intentionally put a plug on his fondness for Mahira as he believed that his supernatural tendencies could prove fatal to her. He allowed his evil mother Khan Begum to hook up Mahira with her other son Amaad so that it becomes easy for her to regain her lost dark powers by killing the untainted soul that Mahira is.
However, there is a twist in the tale which will bring about new developments in ‘Qubool Hai’.
Soon, Azaad’s blast from the past, his former love Afreen (Puja Banerjee) will emerge in the story. Her agenda would be as evil as the powers she possesses. Khan Begum will learn that she should better get Mahira get hitched to Azaad instead of Amaad to derive maximum advantage for herself. Azaad will somehow agree to marry his love Mahira. However, Afreen would enter Mahira’s body and possess her unguarded soul at the time of marriage. What will happen then after, is a mystery!
On a side note, we could not fathom why Mahira is so gullible if she is a special soul. Perhaps, her powers are still lying dormant in her body. So let’s see how things unravel and what eventually happens when Afreen comes into the picture.
