Shoaika Wedding: Dipika Kakar dominates Shoaib Ibrahim in the first rituals post-nikaah

Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are the new couple on Television to have finally taken the plunge. The madly-in-love couple got hitched on Thursday in Maudaha, Shoaib's hometown in the presence of their respective family and friends. 

Dipika looked gorgeous in a pink sharara while Shoaib complimented her in a sherwani. 

Post their marriage, the two performed the post-wedding festivities and it was too much fun, clearly. In a video we shared yesterday, one could clearly see Dipika winning over Shoaib in the ring activity.

We also got our hands on a few pictures from their small reception held last evening and it is all things love. 

For the reception, Dipika donned a beautiful white sharara which accentuated the glow on her face. On the other hand, Shoaib looked handsome in a sherwani which perfectly complimented his better half.

Meanwhile, a source close to the couple informed a leading daily that Dipika and Shoaib wanted a lavish wedding later this year but their families wanted to advance the wedding. 

“Dipika and Shoaib were originally planning a lavish wedding sometime later this year in Jaipur. However, their families wanted to advance the plan and a date was finalised upon just 20 days ago. The families also decided to solemnise the nikah in the same house where Shoaib’s parents got married decades ago. Shoaib is returning to his hometown after almost 10 years and his relatives are excited to have him and Dipika with them," the source said. 

Shoaib had proposed Dipika during their stint on the dance reality show Nach Baliye.
