Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s Prerna aka Erica Fernandes and season 1’s Komolika aka Urvashi Dholakia came together for an epic mashup of both the seasons and once again Ekta Kapoor was behind it. Take a look.
For the longest time, if there is an iconic vamp who left a lasting impression on the minds of daily soap viewers, it is none other than Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s Komolika. In the first season of Kasautii, Ekta Kapoor gave the role to Urvashi Dholakia who nailed every bit of it. Her moves and style didn’t just cause havoc in Anurag and Prerna’s love story but also registered her in the hearts of the audiences. This is also the case with season 2’s Prerna which is played by Erica Fernandes. Erica has been lovingly accepted as Prerna in the new season of Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
However, Ekta Kapoor brought together Prerna aka Erica and season 1’s Komolika aka Urvashi Dholakia but not for a show. Ekta Kapoor took to Instagram to share a throwback photo from her Holi celebration of this year. In the photo, we can see Karishma Tanna, Vikas Gupta, Erica Fernandes, Shubhavi Choksey, Urvashi Dholakia and Ekta Kapoor. All five can be seen smeared with colour all over them. Ekta captioned the photo as, “Komo s1 n pre s2! #kasautioneandteomashup #holimess #throwbackthursday.”
Seeing the photo, we surely hope Ekta Kapoor organises a mashup on the new season of the show soon. Meanwhile, on the new season of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Prerna and Anurag’s love story is going through a couple of ups and downs as Komolika aka Hina Khan is trying to mess it up completely. Also, Prerna hasn’t yet revealed to Anurag the truth behind her pregnancy and when she does, it will surely come as a huge shock to not just him but the entire Basu clan and Komolika as well.
