Photos: Mouni Roy and Aamna Sharif put their traditional foot forward as they attend a Diwali party

The festivities continue in full swing as after all the Diwali parties, the Bhai Dooj festival still remains. While the festive spirit is still lurking round as Diwali parties, and post Diwali parties continue, actors Aamna Sharif and Mouni Roy were spotted at Shabnam Kapoor’s party last night. The two were decked up in their traditional avatars as they attended the Diwali bash. They both were all smiles as they posed for the shutterbugs while they clicked their pictures at the party.

Mouni was dressed in a red lehenga choli, with beautiful work on the lehenga, and a sheer dupatta, her makeup was dewy and hair done into curls. She accessorised the outfit with a gold pearl laiden necklace, matching earrings and a maang teeka to complete the look. Aamna, on the other hand, sure made heads turn with that black saree of hers and the hourglass figure. All the ruffles, and the shimmer completely added some charm to the outfit. On the work front, Mouni made her debut with Gold co-starring Akshay Kumar and it turned out to be a huge success. She will also be seen in Brahmastra, which has Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles. Apart from that, she will be starring alongside Rajkummar Rao in Made in China and with John Abraham in RAW.

Talking about her work, and her love of acting, Mouni said, “You have to be very clear [when it comes to your career]. I love acting and what I do and that is my driving force.”
