Naira and Kartik's romantic chemistry is the USP of the show and both the actors have successfully taken the show on their shoulders after Akshara and Naitik's track got over.

Meanwhile, a few days ago, Shivangi Joshi was admitted to a hospital as she was suffering from typhoid. The actress recently got discharged and immediately resumed her work and is back on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Also, actor Rishi Dev who played Naira's brother Naksh in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has quit the show. He has been replaced by handsome actor Shehzad Shaikh to play Naksh's role.
