Lovey Kaur looks every bit royal at her engagement ceremony in Bengaluru, see PICS

Lovey Kaur, who shot to fame with Saath Nibhana Saathiya, got engaged to beau Koushik Krishnamurthy in Bengaluru last night. As per reports in a leading daily, the couple exchanged rings in Koushik's hometown last night (March 8), at an old-age home founded by his parents.

Lovey looked pretty in a green Kanjivaram saree while her fiancé wore a light green sherwani for the special occasion. The actor also posted few pictures on her social media account from the ceremony.

She captioned one of the pictures saying, “He's more of myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.”

The actor plans to get married by the end of 2018. While talking to the daily, before getting engaged, she had said, "After marriage, I will shift to Bengaluru and keep shuttling between there and Mumbai for work.”

The marriage was supposed to happen last year. In a statement, she had said, “He is a positive and sensible guy. I also get to learn so much from him. Our relationship is growing stronger with every passing day and I feel blessed to have him in my life.”

Lovey was introduced to Koushik by her sister-in-law. The actor had said, "It is sort of an arranged-cum-love match. My bhabhi introduced me to Koushik on a common WhatsApp group as she thought he was a perfect match for me."
 

Meanwhile, Lovey played the role of Paridhi in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and was paired opposite Vishal Singh who was Jigar Modi on the show.
