Kasautii Zindagii Kay is all set to witness some massive changes in the lives of Prerna and Anurag as both their fathers are in the hospital. Amidst this, the team bid farewell to Prerna’s dad, Rajesh aka Kali Prasad Mukherjee. Take a look.
One of Indian television’s most loved shows is Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The love saga of Anurag and Prerna has left the audiences completely hooked all over again. Ekta Kapoor decided to reprise her own show from back in the time, and now, once again, it is topping the charts. The romance between the show’s leads Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan is the highlight of the show along with Hina Khan’s moves to cause havoc in their love life. Now, the show’s plot is all set to get very sad.
As per current track, both Anurag and Prerna’s fathers, Moloy Basu and Rajesh Sharma met with an accident and are in the hospital. Amidst this, Anurag’s dad passes away. Now, as per reports, Prerna’s dad will also die. Thus, two of the characters from the show will be leaving the daily soap. Uday Tikekar plays the role of Moloy Basu, while Kali Prasad Mukherjee plays Prerna’s father, Rajesh.
Now, since the track is about to change, they have bid the show goodbye and their team gave them a heartfelt send-off. In the photos shared by the Kasautii Zindagii Kay team, we can see the co-actors posing with Rajesh aka Kali Prasad Mukherjee as they express their sadness of him leaving the show. They captioned the photo, “ Kali Sir you will be terribly missed,” with a sad emoji.

Also, in the upcoming episode, we will see Anurag betraying Prerna and choosing to marry Komolika instead of Prerna. This will leave Prerna completely shocked. But, it has left the audiences worried and confused as they want to know why Anurag betrayed Prerna. Things will be getting interesting from this point in the show.
